Bilingual Executive Assistant (Russian & English)
This position is much more than a traditional assistant. You will become a key point of communication, a guarantor of confidentiality and reliability for our select circle of clients, and the right hand of the company’s leadership. This is a role for someone ready to take responsibility and grow together with the business.
Key Responsibilities:
✓ Executive support: Full administrative assistance: organizing meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and filtering incoming requests.
✓ White-Glove service: Handling requests from our affluent clients (HNWI) in both Russian and English. You are the company’s voice, reflecting our philosophy in every interaction.
✓ Property management: Coordinating daily operations: arranging cleaning, technical maintenance, and supervising contractors.
✓ Concierge services: Executing personal tasks for clients: from booking tables at Miami’s best restaurants to organizing private events.
✓ Financial administration: Preparing and reconciling invoices, assisting in reporting for clients, and monitoring cash expenses.

✓ Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
✓ Impeccable attention to detail and a genuine passion for high-level service.
✓ Strong technical proficiency with software and online services (Google Workspace, MS Office, ability to quickly learn new CRM systems).
✓ Excellent communication skills, discretion, and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
✓ Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle available for operational duties (preferred).
